PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
- A 50% deposit is due no later the 48 hours before appointment date and is non-refundable. The balance will be due when service is almost complete.
- If travel services are required, you must call to book appointment so that for proper travel fee to be applied to total.
- There is a 15 minute grace period allowed before appointments are canceled and deposits are forfeited.
- Deposits will be forfeited due to being unprepared for appointments, extreme tardiness and failure to add proper add-ons.
- Style changes are only permitted after booking if the style is within the same price range of original booked service and does not exceed the initial required service time.
- Clients must provide hair extensions for braiding and weaving services.
- If shampooing is required for braiding services please give a heads up no later than 24 hours before appointment time. Shampooing & blow drying is provided at no additional cost.
- Duration of services provided are close estimates, but are subject to change due to different client needs.
